Marriage is a bitch, or at least it can be if you include your dog in the ceremony! (I’m sorry, I couldn’t resist.) The Savannah Morning News has a nice story about including dogs in your wedding ceremony in such a way that it still goes smoothly and is enjoyable for all.
Sempek found that the only unexpected behavior at her wedding was little 9-pound Emmie’s reaction to the music. “She wanted to pick a fight with the cellist,” she said. “That was the only time they barked all day.”
The longer I own a dachshund, the more I think these moments are the best moments.
