Two neighbors
A canine escape led to a recent confrontation between two Eagle neighbors.
Eagle police were called to mediate the dispute when a woman reported that her neighbor had made threatening remarks. The woman said she was outside with her two young children when unbeknownst to them, the family Dachshund escaped from the backyard. She claimed that when she went to retrieve the animal, a male neighbor swore at her and told her to keep the dog out of his yard. The woman said the neighbor made the remarks in front of her children and also told her to “watch her back.”
It's interesting how people have arguments about dogs. Dogs have the power to bring people together, so the best thing to do if someone has an issue with your dog is introduce them. Even if they may dislike you, but they will love your dog.
