Last Friday and Saturday, the Boyertown Area YMCA hosted its third annual “Tomato Blast" which included everything from carnival games and food to human and dachshund races.

I like to show how cute these dachshund mixed breed dogs are. While dachshunds are fairly healthy generally, you can often take comfort in the fact that these mixed breed dogs are much less likely to have back issues.

Two women returned Ferris about 12:30 p.m. Thursday, said Boulder police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley. One of the women said received the dog from a friend, who received it from someone else but discovered she couldn't keep it because she wasn't allowed to have dogs in her home, Huntley said.
